Experience alone cannot prepare today’s riggers for the ever expanding challenges faced in the theatres, arenas, studios, festivals, and ballrooms used to produce live entertainment events. Preparing to take either ETCP rigging exam? Our classes cover topics that are listed in the content outlines for the ETCP Rigger–Arena and Rigger–Theatre certification exams and may be helpful when studying for a certification examination. Renewing your ETCP certification? Gain the required renewal credits at the rate of 1 point per hour of education when you attend one of our Sessions. And because ETCP certified technicians may gain renewal credits through cross-training, the points you earn during our Sessions can be used for renewing not only the Rigging certifications but both Electrical certifications as well.
What makes Entertainment Rigging Services unique is that our training classes are hosted by local companies, unions, colleges or universities, thus defraying the additional cost of hotel rooms and travel expenses. Both, open-access and closed-invitation sessions are available. Class size is limited to ensure thorough instruction and individual attention.
